Cell cycle data set |
Analysis of singel gene list:
Kittler et al., 2007 cell cycle data set (represented as Ensembl Gene IDs) which contains 743 significant genes (verified by re-screen with first and second esiRNA, see supplymentary table S1 for more details).
Upload the list of genes to bioCompendium, after selecting the primany organism (i.e. "human" in this case), 'whole genome' as background and select 'human' as organism, give a name (if you want), 'Ensembl Gene ID' from 'ID/Document Type' dropdown menu.
Comparative analysis of 3 gene lists and a pdf document:
In this example we analyse 3 data sets, first one is above
Kittler et al., 2007 data set, second one is Mukherji et al., 2006 data set, potential regulators of human cell cycle which contains 1087 significant genes (represented as EntrezGene IDs) and third one is Whitfield et al., 2002 data set, genes periodically expressed in the human cell cycle which contains 651 significant genes (represented as EntrezGene IDs)
